What we collect

Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of invited members, provided directly by the member or by the Admin on the member's behalf. Message content sent through the platform.

How it's used

Solely to operate the platform — sending invites, account notifications, and enabling communication between members. Phone numbers are used only for account notifications and invites; email addresses are used for account setup and notifications.

Who sees it

Only the platform Admin and the invited member circle. HUDLERY does not sell, share, or rent member information to any third party. Message content is not used for advertising or analytics.

Text messaging (SMS) program — HUDLERY Notifications

HUDLERY operates a text messaging program called HUDLERY Notifications. This program sends account and invite-related messages only — for example, notifying you that you've been invited to a private conversation room, or that action is needed on your account (such as password delivery). These are not marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies depending on your activity on the platform, but is typically up to 8 messages per month.

No mobile information, including phone numbers or SMS opt-in data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply.

All categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties, for any purpose.

Third-party services

HUDLERY uses trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, and translation services) strictly to operate the platform. These providers do not retain member data for their own purposes.

Your choices

Members may request their information be corrected or removed at any time by contacting the Admin. Reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop future SMS messages immediately; reply HELP for assistance.
