HUDLERY is a private, invite-only communications platform. Access is by invitation from the Admin only. The platform is operated as a software application that enables private messaging rooms and sends automated account and invite notifications to registered members.

Acceptable use

Members agree to use HUDLERY only for lawful communication within their invited circle. No unlawful, abusive, or harassing use is permitted.

Messaging consent — HUDLERY Notifications

Program name: HUDLERY Notifications.

Program description: By providing a phone number to the Admin, members consent to receive account and invite-related text messages from HUDLERY — for example, room invites and password delivery. These are not marketing messages.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies; typically up to 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Contact the Admin to opt out of email.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

HUDLERY is provided as-is by its Admin, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of HUDLERY after changes constitutes acceptance.
